Job Responsibility:

Handle inbound customer calls for domestic voice process
Provide customer support for ecommerce process
Resolve queries and maintain service quality
Follow company communication and compliance guidelines

Qualification:

Undergraduate or Graduate
Freshers and Experienced candidates eligible

Skills:

Malayalam language proficiency
Basic English communication skills
Ability to read and understand customer queries
Customer handling and voice support skills

Salary:

Fresher Take Home 13900 Rs
Experience minimum 6 months Take Home 15700 Rs
