Associate Growth Catalyst

Location:

DLF Cyber City, Tower C, Block 2, Building 3, Gurugram

Job Responsibility:

Handle Multi Limit Split referred cases as per defined processes
Restart eligible applications within defined timelines
Conduct outbound calling for curing assigned cases
Maintain high call quality and product knowledge
Adhere to productivity, accuracy, and TAT benchmarks
Resolve sales queries in a timely manner
Ensure compliance and process documentation

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline

Skills:

Understanding of Multi and Flip processes
Knowledge of credit card sales and operations
Awareness of audit and compliance policies
Strong customer orientation
Process and detail orientation
