Customer Care Executive – Voice

Multiple Locations: Dewas, Aurangabad 1 – Garkheda, Yavatmal, Chhindwara, Jaypur, Durgapur
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain a professional and polite communication style
Update customer details in the system
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow company policies and compliance standards
Qualification:
10+2 / Graduation in any discipline
Experience:
6 Months – 2 Years (Minimum 6 months BPO experience preferred)
