Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in corporate banking and payment processing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payment systems, core banking applications, and regulatory standards like ISO 20022 migration. Key responsibilities include handling corporate banking implementations, requirement gathering, functional specifications, and working with stakeholders across the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather requirements and document business processes.

Analyze banking functionalities and payment processing systems.

Work with Oracle Banking Payments (OBPM) applications.

Conduct business analysis for bank requirements and provide solutions.

Prepare functional specifications for transaction banking, lending, and payments.

Perform functional testing of customizations and enhancements.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project delivery.

Manage post-implementation support and change requests.

Conduct user acceptance testing and create user documentation.

Handle global and regional senior stakeholder management.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of payment systems (ACH, RTGS, SWIFT, Cross-border).

Experience with core banking applications like Flexcube, Finacle, and Bancs.

Understanding of payment message formats (MT, PACS, PAIN, CAMT).

Experience in requirement gathering, functional specification design, and customer interaction.

Familiarity with banking platforms such as Finestra and Intellect.

Hands-on experience with BA tools like Visio, Balsamiq, Trello, and MS Office.

Strong documentation and communication skills.

Knowledge of SQL queries and database management.

Qualification:

BE / B.Tech / MCA degree

Minimum 60% or 7.0 CGPA in graduation

6-9 years of experience for IC3 level
