Associate Customer Support / Customer Support Executive
Location:
Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Job Responsibility:
Provide customer support via phone and written communication in English
Handle inbound client calls and deliver fast and efficient service
Resolve customer issues at the first point of contact
Escalate complex or unresolved concerns as per company procedures
Maintain quality and productivity standards
Accurately verify and update customer information
Follow compliance scripts and privacy guidelines
Use web based systems and modern tools for issue resolution
Work in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent
Graduation not required
Skills:
Excellent English communication skills
Professional telephone etiquette
Basic computer knowledge Windows environment
Good typing and keyboarding skills
Analytical and problem solving ability
Customer service orientation
Persuasive and negotiation skills
Ability to work under time constraints
