Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain strong customer relationships in the Commercial Vehicle segment
Handle account opening, DMAT services, and grievance resolution
Educate customers about banking and investment products
Assist with service requests such as cheque book issuance
Achieve sales targets through cross-selling and referrals
Enhance customer value by offering suitable financial solutions
Support Relationship Managers handling HNI clients
Acquire new customers through referrals and networking
Ensure high customer satisfaction and low attrition
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
Experience in Banking or Financial Services preferred
