Customer Care Executive – Work From Home – Voice Process

Location:

Remote (PAN India)
Hiring Office Located in India

Job Responsibility:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

Resolve customer queries effectively and professionally

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM

Achieve daily and weekly performance targets such as AHT, CSAT and Quality scores

Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service

Provide high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualification:

Minimum 10+2 pass

Graduation not mandatory

0 to 6 years experience (Freshers can apply)

Must have Aadhaar Card and PAN Card

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi

Customer Service and Customer Support

Voice Process knowledge

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Customer handling skills

Calm and professional attitude
