Chat Support Associate (Fresher)
Location:
Nagpur, Nashik, Navi Mumbai
Job Responsibility:
Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously
Respond to customer queries and provide accurate solutions
Provide support related to domain, hosting, server, SSL, email, and other technical products
Maintain high-quality customer service
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Upsell relevant products or services when required
Qualification:
Any Graduate (Law graduates are not eligible)

Skills:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge
Chat support handling ability
