Customer Support Executive (Banking Voice Process)

Location:

New Delhi, Gurugram, Delhi NCR

Job Responsibility:

Handle inbound customer calls related to banking queries
Provide accurate information and solutions to customers
Maintain service quality and compliance standards
Ensure high customer satisfaction during interactions
Resolve customer issues and escalate when required

Qualification:

Any Graduate (Mandatory)
Freshers and Experienced Candidates Can Apply

Skills:

Good communication skills
Customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Problem solving ability
Ability to work in voice process environment

Salary:

Freshers Salary: ₹16,500 per month
Experienced Salary: Up to ₹19,000 per month

Work Schedule:

6 Days Working
Rotational Day and Night Shifts

Facilities:

Cab facility available during night shifts
