Job Role:

Customer Support Executive (Voice / Chat / Blended Process)

Location:

Noida – Sector 62, Sector 63, Sector 127
Gurugram – Sector 18, Sector 20

Job Responsibility:

Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email
Provide accurate information and solutions to customers
Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
Maintain records of customer interactions
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department
Maintain professional communication with customers

Qualification:

Undergraduate or Graduate Candidates Can Apply
Freshers and Experienced Candidates Both Can Apply

Skills:

Good communication skills
Customer handling ability
Problem solving skills
Basic computer knowledge
Time management and multitasking skills

Salary:

As per company standards
