Job Role:

Associate – Falcon

Location:

Gurugram, Haryana, India

Job Responsibility:

Analyze applications and transactions to detect potential fraud patterns.

Approve or decline applications and block or unblock cards based on fraud analysis.

Communicate with customers or applicants to verify suspicious activities.

Report fraud patterns and modus operandi to the analytics team for early fraud detection.

Ensure regulatory compliance with KYC and transaction monitoring guidelines.

Take action on suspected fraud alerts while maintaining good customer experience.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer contact policies.

Support fraud monitoring and fraud prevention processes.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or institute.

Skills:

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Fraud detection and monitoring knowledge

Decision-making ability

Good listening and communication skills

Process orientation

Basic understanding of fraud management systems and transaction processing
