Key Responsibilities:
Airside Operations (AO):
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols at the airport.
- Manage baggage handling and cargo operations efficiently.
- Coordinate with ground staff for seamless flight operations.
- Perform security checks on cargo, baggage, and aircraft areas.
- Monitor airside activities to ensure adherence to Indigo’s policies and regulations.
Customer Service (CS):
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage processes.
- Handle customer queries and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth passenger flow at the airport and manage queues effectively.
- Resolve passenger complaints and escalate issues to the concerned department, if necessary.
- Maintain Indigo Airlines’ brand image by adhering to uniform and conduct standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- Age: 18–27 years.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical fitness to handle airport security operations.
