Key Responsibilities:

Airside Operations (AO):

• Ensure smooth passenger flow at the airport and manage queues effectively.
• Resolve passenger complaints and escalate issues to the concerned department, if necessary.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Age: 18–27 years.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical fitness to handle airport security operations.
