Job Role:

Executive – Recoveries

Location:

DLF Cyber City, Gurugram, Haryana, India

Job Responsibility:

Conduct recovery calls to customers as per assigned portfolio
Achieve recovery and productivity targets
Record accurate details of customer interactions in the system
Follow recovery guidelines and compliance procedures
Identify early warning signals and escalate when required
Maintain documentation and adhere to internal policies
Meet hygiene metrics such as wrap time and availability

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline

Skills:

Knowledge of credit card and recovery processes
Understanding of dialer strategies
Strong communication skills
Problem-solving ability
Result-oriented mindset
Stakeholder and process management skills
