Job Role:
Customer Support Executive (CEC Officer – Inbound, Privy)
Location:
Noida, New Delhi, Greater Noida
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound customer calls for Privy (HNI) clients
Resolve customer queries and provide timely solutions
Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products
Maintain high-quality customer service standards
Complete daily logs and meet productivity targets
Follow information security and process guidelines
Act on feedback to improve performance
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
1–4 years experience (Minimum 6 months in customer service preferred)
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong customer handling skills
Good listening and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of banking and call center processes
Positive attitude and team collaboration
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
