Job Role:
Assistant Manager – Process Monitoring
Location:
DLF Cyber City, Gurugram, Haryana
Job Responsibility:
Monitor collection and transaction processes as per company policies
Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards
Perform process and transactional audits and monitoring
Identify risks, errors, and suggest corrective actions
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports
Conduct process reviews with stakeholders and ensure closure of issues
Support internal and external audits with required data and process insights
Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvement
Qualification:
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Process orientation and attention to detail
Stakeholder management
Knowledge of collections and recovery processes
Good communication and reporting skills
