Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Location:
Gurugram, Delhi NCR (InfoTech Centre, Old Delhi Gurgaon Road, Sector 21)
Job Responsibility:
Handle customer queries via calls (Domestic & International)
Provide accurate information about services and resolve issues
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow company processes and guidelines
Record and update customer interactions
Qualification:
Undergraduate / Graduate (Any Stream)
Freshers & Experienced both can apply
Skills:
Excellent English communication skills
Good problem-solving ability
Customer handling skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Basic computer knowledge
Salary:
As per company standards
