Job Role:

Senior Executive – CCRP

Location:

Gurugram, Haryana (DLF Cyber City)

Job Responsibility:

Monitor CCRP processes including complaint validation and audit checks
Validate customer complaint cases through call listening and system records
Perform case validation for issues like annual fee, card type, and credit limit concerns
Conduct call monitoring through portals and identify positive/negative cases
Coordinate with teams for data collection and sampling
Publish weekly reports with feedback and error analysis
Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements
Validate RTA process cases and suggest improvements
Maintain proper documentation and process adherence

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline

Skills:

Strong understanding of credit card operations and audit processes
Knowledge of compliance and process monitoring
Expertise in MS Office tools
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Experience in call monitoring and coaching (preferred)
