Customer Support Associate – Voice Process (Work From Home)

Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound customer calls in Malayalam language
Provide customer support for e-commerce process
Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently
Maintain quality communication and service standards
Follow company guidelines and process requirements
Work in rotational shifts and week offs
Qualification:
Undergraduate / Any Graduate
Fresher & Experienced (Minimum 6 months preferred)
Age Limit: Up to 30 years
Skills:
Fluent in Malayalam (Read & Speak)
Basic English communication
Customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle inbound voice process
Basic computer knowledge
Salary:
Fresher: ₹13,900 Take Home
Experienced (6+ months): ₹15,600 Take Home
