Job Responsibility:

Handle inbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries efficiently
Provide support for voice process operations
Maintain service quality and communication standards
Follow company guidelines and processes

Qualification:

Minimum: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
Fresher & Experienced (Minimum 1 year BPO preferred)
Maximum Age: 40 Years

Skills:

Excellent communication in English & Hindi
Customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Typing speed: 25 WPM (90% accuracy)
Problem-solving ability

Salary:

Fresher: ₹12,500/month (approx.)
Experienced: ₹14,100/month (approx.)
CTC: ₹1.68 LPA – ₹1.90 LPA
