Associate – Customer Service (International Voice Process)

Gurugram (Sector 48, Candor Techspace)

Job Responsibility:

Handle inbound customer calls (B2B – UK Process)
Resolve customer queries efficiently
Provide high-quality customer service
Maintain communication standards
Follow company processes and guidelines

Qualification:

Graduate (B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, BSc)
MBA / B.Tech / BE require minimum 6 months BPO experience
Graduate freshers can apply (except B.Tech & MBA freshers)
Experience: 0 – 3 Years

Skills:

Excellent communication skills (English)
Customer handling ability
Problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a team
