Customer Success Associate (Chat / Email / Blended Process)

Job Responsibility:
Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls
Provide support in blended process (inbound & outbound)
Resolve customer issues effectively

Fresher & Experienced (0–5 years)
Candidates must have excellent English communication skills
