Job Responsibility:
Onboard and manage technicians and service partners
Conduct training, reskilling, and upskilling programs
Provide field training and support (OJT)
Track KPIs and monitor technician performance

Manage device repairs, swaps, and software upgrades
Perform audits, inventory checks, and inspections
Handle CRM entries and customer interactions
Travel to different service locations as required
Qualification:
ITI / Diploma (ECE / Telecommunication / IT / CS preferred)
Experience: 1.5 – 4 Years
