Job Responsibility:

Handle customer queries through voice calls
Resolve customer issues efficiently
Provide support in domestic voice process
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass
Graduate / Undergraduate
Fresher & Experienced both eligible

Skills:

Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Customer handling skills
Problem-solving ability
Typing speed (minimum 25 WPM)

Salary:

Fresher: ₹12,500 (In-Hand approx)

Experienced: ₹14,100 (In-Hand approx)

5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Off
24×7 Rotational Shift
