Role Purpose:

The Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for analyzing, identifying, rectifying, and recommending security measures to enhance the organization’s security posture. This role ensures the protection of sensitive information and strengthens cyber defenses.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure customer-centric cybersecurity solutions and support.

Monitor and safeguard log sources and security access.

Plan for disaster recovery in the event of security breaches.

Monitor for attacks, intrusions, and unauthorized activity.

Conduct security assessments, risk analysis, and forensic analysis.

Handle incident escalations from the L1 team in a 24x7 rotational shift.

Use advanced analytics tools to detect emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

Conduct detailed analysis of security incidents and create reports/dashboards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance security measures.

Assist with internal and external audits related to information security.

Deliver cybersecurity awareness training to employees.

Provide guidance on spam, phishing, and malicious emails.
