Production Associate / Operator (Based on Qualification)

Job Responsibility

Work on automotive production line
Assembly and manufacturing operations
Machine handling and basic maintenance
Quality checking and inspection
Follow safety and production guidelines

Qualification

10th / 12th Pass (Unskilled)
ITI (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Wireman)
Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics)
B.Tech (Relevant Streams)

Skills Required

Basic technical knowledge (as per qualification)
Ability to work in production environment
Teamwork and discipline
Basic understanding of machines and tools

Salary Details

10th / 12th (Unskilled):

Gross Salary: ₹21,879
CTC: ₹24,568
In-hand (Approx): ₹20,388

ITI Candidates:

Gross Salary: ₹24,121
CTC: ₹27,087

Diploma Candidates:
