Operations Customer Success Executive

Job Location

Remote Work From Home (India)

Job Responsibilities

Plan and manage operational workflows including scheduling and coordination

Execute and manage webinars end to end

Design presentations using Canva or similar tools

Handle customer queries via email, chat, and phone

Maintain and track data using Google Sheets

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams

Monitor performance metrics and improve operations

Manage webinar tools like Zoom and similar platforms

Provide support and training to internal teams

Develop and maintain process documentation

Qualification

Relevant experience in operations, customer success, or webinar management

Basic understanding of digital tools and workflows

Graduation preferred but not mandatory based on experience

Skills Required

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Customer support and problem-solving ability

Knowledge of webinar platforms (Zoom, WebEx, etc.)

Data handling skills using Google Sheets

Presentation design skills (Canva)

Organizational and multitasking ability

Analytical thinking and reporting skills
