Production Department (Operator / Technician Work)

IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana

Eligibility Criteria

Only Male Candidates
Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Must be physically fit and ready for rotational shifts

Qualification Required

ITI (Fitter / Electrical / Electrician)
Diploma (Electrical / Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities

Work on the production line
Operate machines and assist in manufacturing processes
Support assembly and technical operations
Maintain production quality and meet daily targets

Working Hours

8 Hours Duty + 4 Hours Overtime (Compulsory)
Total Shift Duration: 12 Hours

Shift Timing (Rotational)

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Salary Structure

Diploma Candidates

₹18,501 + ₹1000 Attendance Bonus + ₹1500 DBT
Total: ₹21,001 (for 8 hours)

ITI Candidates

₹16,700 + ₹1000 Attendance Bonus + ₹1500 DBT
Total: ₹19,200 (for 8 hours)

Overtime

Overtime is compulsory and paid extra as per company policy
