Excellent communication skills in English & Bengali
Strong customer handling skills
Typing speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy

System Requirements

Processor: i5 7th Gen / Ryzen 5 7th Gen or above
RAM: Minimum 10 GB
OS: Windows 10 or above
Internet Speed: Minimum 20 Mbps

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via voice calls
Provide accurate and timely resolutions
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow company guidelines and process requirements

Working Details

5 Days Working
2 Rotational Week Off
Rotational Shifts
10 Hours Shift (9 hrs work + 1 hr break)
No planned leave for first 3 months

Salary

In-Hand Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹14,100
