Executive VKYC

Location:

Sector 18 Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana

Job Responsibility:

Candidates will handle real-time customer verification through Video KYC processes, review customer KYC documents during video calls, ensure proper customer identification, prevent fraudulent activities, maintain service quality standards, and provide excellent customer support during the verification process. Employees will also follow company SOPs and report process improvement suggestions when required.

Qualification:

Any Graduate
Non-Tech Graduate Freshers can apply
Tech Graduates with customer service experience can apply
Undergraduates with minimum experience in customer support can also apply

Skills:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Customer support and customer handling skills
VKYC and document verification knowledge
Writing and communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work in rotational shifts
