Location:

Job Responsibility:

Candidates will handle Video KYC verification processes for potential and existing customers through video calls as per company SOPs and compliance guidelines. Responsibilities include reviewing KYC documents, maintaining process accuracy, updating customer records, managing ageing inventory, ensuring adherence to regulatory policies, resolving customer queries, coordinating with sales teams, and supporting process improvement initiatives.

Qualification:

Graduate in Any Discipline
Candidates from Financial Services Industry preferred

Skills:

Basic KYC compliance knowledge
Working knowledge of Excel
Good verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented approach
Analytical ability
Process management skills
Customer handling skills

Salary:
