Customer Support Associate (Voice Process – Hindi & English)

Location:

Work From Home (Remote)
Hiring Office: Kolkata, West Bengal

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through voice calls.
Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
Communicate effectively in Hindi and English.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Qualification:

Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with BPO experience will be preferred.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
Customer service and problem-solving skills.
Voice process experience (preferred).
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.

Salary:

Freshers: ₹1,68,000 CTC per annum (Approx. ₹12,500 in-hand per month)
Experienced Candidates: ₹1,90,000 CTC per annum (Approx. ₹14,100 in-hand per month)

Other Details:

100% Work From Home opportunity.
Contractual role until 31st October.
24×7 rotational shifts.
5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs.
Maximum age limit: 40 years.
Typing speed required: 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
