Airport Operations Associate

Location:

Pan India

Job Responsibilities:

Terminal Service

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage services.
Handle customer inquiries and special requests.
Ensure smooth passenger experience and operational compliance.

Security

Screen passengers, baggage, and cargo.
Monitor restricted areas and access points.
Ensure compliance with aviation security protocols.

Ramp Operations

Coordinate ground handling activities.
Support aircraft turnaround operations.
Maintain safety and operational efficiency on the ramp.

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream from a UGC-approved university.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service orientation.
Teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Professional grooming and presentation.

Salary:

As per company standards (disclosed during the selection process).
