Job Responsibility:

Handle customer queries through phone, chat, and email support.
Assist customers with online shopping, account-related issues, order support, and account security concerns.
Provide solutions using multiple systems and tools in real time.
Support identity verification processes when required.
Identify and help prevent potential fraud or security issues.
Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.

Qualification:

12th Pass (10+2) and above.
