Job Role:
Assistant Vice President – Project Management
Location:
Gurugram, Haryana
Job Responsibility:
Lead KYC platform transformation and strategic projects.
Drive implementation of regulatory mandates from RBI, UIDAI, and CERSAI.
Establish governance frameworks, SOPs, and risk controls for KYC systems.
Manage regulatory compliance, audits, and risk mitigation activities.
Coordinate with internal teams including Compliance, Risk, IT, Legal, and Operations.
Oversee vendor management, SLA monitoring, and performance reviews.
Ensure secure, scalable, and audit-ready KYC technology solutions.
Track and implement regulatory changes within defined timelines.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or Information Technology.
Skills:
Project Management.

Java 8 & 17.
Spring & Spring Boot.
Microservices & REST APIs.
Oracle WebLogic & Apache Tomcat.
