Job Responsibility:
Handle chats from international customers professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and offers.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain customer interaction records in CRM systems.
Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and performance targets.
Follow company policies and compliance standards.
Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
