About the Role

EY is hiring a Resource Management/WFM Associate to join our dynamic team. As part of the Resource Management Team, you will assist in resource planning, allocation, and scheduling for tax-related projects. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and a background in Business Administration or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in resource planning, project requirement analysis, and forecasting resource needs.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate records of resource allocations.
• Support scheduling and coordination to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Monitor resource allocation, track utilization, and generate reports.
• Identify and resolve resource conflicts, working closely with stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance resource management workflows.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Provide administrative support, including documentation and database maintenance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1 - 4 years of experience in Workforce Management, Resource Management, or RMG.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and productivity tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with resource management software/tools is a plus.
