Job Role:

Associate – VKYC Support

Location:

Gurugram, Haryana

Job Responsibility:

Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) verification for customers.
Verify customer identity and KYC documents as per company guidelines.
Process allocated VKYC cases within the required turnaround time (TAT).
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for successful verification.
Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the system.
Ensure compliance with RBI and company KYC policies.
Resolve customer queries and provide quality service.
Identify and suggest process improvements.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.

Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Customer service and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Process-oriented approach.
Problem-solving ability.
