Job Role:

Airport Operations Associate (Terminal Services / Security / Ramp Operations)

Location:

Multiple Locations – Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad & Kolkata

Job Responsibility:

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.

Provide customer support and resolve passenger queries.

Ensure smooth airport operations and maintain service quality.

Screen passengers, baggage, and cargo (Security role).

Coordinate aircraft ground handling and ramp activities.

Follow airport safety, security, and operational guidelines.

Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream from a UGC-recognized university.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates should maintain professional grooming standards.

No visible tattoos.

Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
