 Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
 Communicate professionally in Hindi and English.
 Maintain customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity standards.
 Follow company processes and service guidelines.

Qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate / 12th Pass

Freshers and Experienced Candidates Can Apply.

Skills:

Good Hindi and English communication, customer handling, voice process knowledge, typing skills, problem-solving, basic computer knowledge, and customer service skills.
