Position 1: Store In-Charge (SI)
- Salary: ₹23,500 (In-Hand)
- Performance Incentive: Upto ₹4,000
- Overtime: ₹140/hour
- Shift: Rotation Shift
- Required: Graduation (2020 onwards), Computer and Excel skills, Full system knowledge
Position 2: Rider Store In-Charge (RSI)
- Salary: ₹22,500 (In-Hand)
- Performance Incentive: upto ₹4,000
- Overtime: ₹140/hour
- Shift: Rotation Shift
- Required: Graduation (2020 onwards), Computer and Excel skills, Full system knowledge
Key Responsibilities for Store In-Charge (SI)
- Store Operations: Oversee inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate product handling.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of store workers, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- System Management: Monitor and manage the warehouse system to track stock and streamline product flow.
- Data Analysis: Use Excel and other tools for reporting and performance tracking to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities for Rider Store In-Charge (RSI)
As an Rider Store In-Charge (RSI), you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse while managing and coordinating deliveries. This position requires attention to detail, organisational skills, and leadership capabilities.
- Delivery Coordination: Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers or other locations. Ensure that deliveries are executed as per schedule.
- Rider Management: Supervise a team of riders, ensuring they follow safety protocols, maintain proper documentation, and deliver products efficiently.
- Inventory Check & Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels in the store and keep track of dispatched products.
- Communication: Serve as the point of contact for riders and other store staff, ensuring smooth communication between departments.
- System Management: Utilize warehouse systems to track deliveries, rider schedules, and inventory status.
- Performance Monitoring: Track rider performance and store delivery metrics, working with the team to improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications for Both Positions:
- Education: Graduation (2020 pass-outs and beyond)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Computer, Excel, and System Knowledge Experience: Freshers welcome; relevant experience in warehouse or delivery operations is a plus
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends
- Additional Requirement: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
