Role Overview

BYJU’S is looking for passionate individuals to join as Business Development Associates (BDA). The selected candidates will begin as Trainees and undergo a structured training process. Upon successful completion, they will be promoted to the role of an Associate with a CTC of 4 LPA.

As a BDA, you will work in a team of go-getters to help students and parents experience the BYJU’S way of learning and be responsible for mentoring and sales within your designated zone.

Key Responsibilities:

Showcase and explain BYJU’S learning programs to students and parents.
Mentor, guide, and assist students in choosing the right courses.
Drive sales and enrollment through effective presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any field (Any Graduate can apply).
Strong interest in sales and mentoring students.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of the Indian education sector is a plus.
Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset.
