Job Responsibilities:

Work in the steel wire manufacturing unit.
Handle steel wire production activities.
Assist with production-related operations.
Follow manufacturing and safety procedures.
Maintain quality and productivity standards.
Work according to assigned duty schedules.

Qualification:

ITI Pass

Experience Required:

Freshers can apply as per apprenticeship eligibility criteria.

Age Limit:

18–32 Years

Skills:

Basic knowledge of industrial and manufacturing processes.
Ability to follow safety and production instructions.
Good teamwork and discipline.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Basic understanding of technical processes.

Stipend & Salary:

Monthly Stipend: ₹13,800

HRA: ₹650

DBT: ₹1,500

Attendance Bonus: ₹800

8 Hours / 26 Days: ₹16,750 Total

12 Hours / 26 Days: ₹24,550 Total

16 Hours / 26 Days: ₹32,350 Total

Overtime:

Duty Hours: 8 Hours

OT Rate: ₹75 per hour

Performance Incentive:

Quarterly increment of ₹1,000–₹1,500 may be provided based on performance.
