Job Responsibilities:

Assist with daily factory and production operations.
Support manufacturing and assembly-line activities.
Assist in quality-related production work.
Handle products and materials as per workplace procedures.
Support packing activities when required.
Follow safety and workplace guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.
Support the team in routine factory operations.

Qualification:

12th Pass + Graduation
Diploma
ITI – All Trades

Only Fresher Boys Candidates

Age Limit:

18–35 Years

Salary:

12th + Graduation: ₹15,200/month
ITI: ₹16,200/month
CNC Operator: ₹18,000–₹19,000/month
VMC Operator: ₹18,500–₹19,500/month
PDC Operator: ₹19,000–₹20,000/month

Salary may vary as per interview and job role.

Additional Benefits:

Attendance Reward: ₹500
Overtime: ₹75/hour
Overtime available up to 3.5 hours daily

Working Hours:

A Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
B Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Working Hours: 8.5 Hours + up to 3.5 Hours Overtime
Weekly Off: Sunday
