The company is hiring freshers for factory operations, including Quality, Production, and Assembly Line departments at its IMT Manesar, Gurugram facility.

Job Role:

Production / Quality / Assembly Line / Manufacturing Operator

Location:

Plot No. 180, Sector 5, IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana – 122505

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with daily factory and production operations.
Support manufacturing and assembly-line activities.
Assist in quality inspection and checking processes.
Handle automotive sensors and other components as per workplace procedures.
Support the production of Speed Sensors, ABS Braking Systems, and Wiring Harnesses.
Follow safety and workplace guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.
Support the team in routine manufacturing operations.

Qualification:

12th Pass
ITI – All Trades

Only Fresher Boys Candidates

Age Limit:

18–30 Years

Salary:

12th Pass: ₹15,200 + ₹1,500 + ₹700 = ₹17,400/month
ITI: ₹16,700 + ₹1,500 + ₹700 = ₹18,900/month

Salary components and final payment terms should be verified during the interview.

Additional Benefits:

Overtime for 12th Pass: ₹146/hour
Overtime for ITI: ₹160/hour
Overtime available up to 3.5 hours when required.

Working Hours:

A Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
B Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
C Shift: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Working Hours: 8.5 Hours
Weekly Off: Sunday
