Role Overview:

Selected apprentices will support product information, customer interaction, and branch-level activities. Candidates will be assigned to PHL and SBL functions depending on their placement.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide clear product information to customers.
Assist branch teams with daily operational activities.
Support documentation processes, including scanning, uploading, and verification.
Maintain data accuracy and follow compliance guidelines.
Participate in occasional field visits when required.
Coordinate with senior team members for apprenticeship-related tasks.
Handle customer queries related to banking products.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and targets.
