Salary Structure:

For ITI Candidates:

Basic Salary (8 Hours): ₹16,781/Month
Attendance Award: ₹1,000/Month
Total Monthly Salary: ₹17,781
Overtime (Double): ₹146/Hour
Approx. Monthly Salary: ₹32,964

For 10th & 12th Pass Candidates:

Basic Salary (8 Hours): ₹15,220/Month
Attendance Award: ₹1,000/Month
Total Monthly Salary: ₹16,220
Overtime (Double): ₹73/Hour
Approx. Monthly Salary: ₹23,812

Job Responsibilities:

Support daily manufacturing and production operations.
Assist with automobile component manufacturing activities.
Perform assigned work according to production requirements.
Handle machinery and materials as per workplace procedures.
Maintain quality standards and workplace safety.
Follow company rules and maintain discipline in the work area.
