Airport Operations

Position Details:

1. Terminal Services:

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage services. Handle customer inquiries and special requests, resolve passenger concerns, and ensure a smooth airport experience while following safety and operational guidelines.

2. Security:

Screen passengers, luggage, and cargo using security equipment. Monitor access to restricted areas and ensure compliance with aviation security protocols.

3. Ramp Operations:

Coordinate ground-handling activities, ensure safety compliance, and support efficient aircraft turnaround through communication and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily airport operations and passenger services.
• Assist with check-in, boarding, and baggage-related activities.
• Follow airport safety and security procedures.
• Coordinate with airport staff and operations teams.
• Handle passenger queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain operational efficiency and follow company guidelines.

Mandatory Documents Required:

• 10th and 12th Original Pass Certificates
• Graduation Mark Sheets
• Updated Aadhaar Card
• PAN Card
• Passport Issued After 2021 / Police Verification Certificate
• Employment Letters, if applicable
• Experience Certificates, if applicable
• Recent Pay Slips, if applicable
• AEP Surrender Copy, if applicable

Recruitment Process:

1. Online Registration and Screening

Candidates must complete the online registration form. Screening will be based on the information submitted.

2. Online Assessment

The assessment includes:

10 Multiple-Choice Mathematics Questions
2 Speech Assessment Questions (Minimum 45 Seconds Audio Response Each)
2 Written Assessment Questions
Total Duration: 25 Minutes

For candidates who are deaf or have hearing and speech impairments, video responses in Sign Language can be submitted.

3. In-Person Interview

Shortlisted candidates from the registration and assessment rounds will be invited for a face-to-face interview with the IndiGo team.
