Role Description:

The Social Media Coordinator will be part of the Integrated Media and Performance Analytics Digital team, playing a key role in managing and activating social media strategies to maximize client engagement. The role involves content distribution, performance tracking, and data-driven marketing campaigns to enhance brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain necessary approvals for content before adding to the library.
• Upload Private Bank and Asset Management content to build a comprehensive library for sales and marketing teams.
• Track, measure, and report social media performance through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Support marketing campaigns by leveraging paid and owned media channels.

Core Competencies:

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Strong measurement and reporting skills to track social media success.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat.
• Experience with social media management tools like Hearsay, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Salesforce.
• Previous experience in the financial services industry, private banking, or asset management is a plus.
