Job Summary:

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Global Health Equity (GHE) India to lead and manage impactful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The selected candidate will focus on fostering partnerships, developing strategic health equity programs, and ensuring successful implementation and sustainability. This external-facing role requires strong relationship management, program development, and social impact assessment skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance existing partnerships to scale impactful health programs.
• Develop new partnerships aligned with Johnson & Johnson’s health equity goals.
• Support strategic initiatives through collaboration with global and regional teams.
• Co-create health initiatives with stakeholders to ensure sustainable social impact.
• Represent Johnson & Johnson in internal and external meetings, fostering strong relationships.
• Oversee program monitoring, evaluation, and impact reporting.
• Align and coordinate with India Community Impact (ICI) team to maximize efforts.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Public Health, or Global Health Equity initiatives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, social impact strategies, and community engagement.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive partnerships, analyze socio-economic trends, and develop scalable programs.
• Background in communications, external affairs, or nonprofit collaboration is a plus.
