Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End HR Role for 150+ Factory Employees
- Performance Management
- Rewards Management
- Learning & Development (L&D) and Training Programs
- Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Leave Management
Managing 2200+ Contract Workers Across Facilities
- Induction of Service Providers
- Ensuring Labor Law Compliance & Periodic Audits
- Developing & Overseeing L&D Requirements
- Managing Worker Movements (Selection, Onboarding, Administration)
Licenses & Compliance Management
- Oversee and Renew Multiple Licenses (Trade License, S&E License, Labor Law Adherence, 365 Days Working, PCB Certificate, Fire NOC, Ground Water Compliance)
- Conduct Periodic Audits Related to Labor Laws, EHS, Fire & Electrical Safety
Administrative Oversight of Multiple Facilities
- Establish & Ensure Adherence to SOPs for Security, Admin, and EHS
- Deploy & Manage Security Personnel for Availability & Effectiveness
- Oversee Employee Welfare Services (Food, Transportation) Including Rate Negotiations
- Implement Various Employee Engagement Programs
- Manage Medical Rooms Across Facilities
HR Budgeting & Cost Management
- Plan Manpower in Line with Operational Requirements
- Align & Negotiate Contract Worker Costs with Service Providers
- Negotiate and Influence Costs for Food & Transportation Across Vendors
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: MBA
Experience Level: 6-12 Years
